3. Use of EarnFlow

• By connecting your EarnFlow account to your Gemini Exchange account using API credentials, you acknowledge and agree to use EarnFlow on an as-is basis, without warranties or guarantees of performance.
• When creating a Gemini API key, the user selects the permission level for accessing the API on their behalf. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that the correct permission level is chosen, restricting EarnFlow from having deposit or withdrawal functionality. The Gemini API is designed to be permissioned, preventing unauthorized access to sensitive actions.
• EarnFlow does not have access to your funds on the Gemini Exchange, provided the correct API permission level is chosen during setup. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that EarnFlow's permissions are appropriately restricted. You maintain full control and ownership of your funds at all times.
• EarnFlow employs automated Dollar-Cost Averaging (DCA) strategies for both buying and selling cryptocurrency at regular intervals, enabling users to optimize their investment approach.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when connecting your EarnFlow account to your Gemini Exchange account. You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent activities.

5. Linking to This Site

EarnFlow allows you to link to its website, provided that:

1. The link does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with EarnFlow without explicit written consent.
2. The link does not falsely represent EarnFlow's products or services in a misleading or derogatory manner.
3. The linking website does not contain any unlawful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable content.

EarnFlow reserves the right to request the removal of any link to its website at any time and at its sole discretion.
